The settings for both the website and Desktop Apps

are in the same places.

1. Log into plex website & get to the web player area.

2. Click the wench icon in the top right of the page to get to the settings

3. Under Quality (see photo for example)

Video Quality - Maximum

Play smaller videos at orignal quality - CHECKED

UNCHECK Use recommended settings

Video Quality that now shows up - Maximum

SAVE CHANGES

4.Click Show Advanced & click debug (see photo for example)

Direct Play - CHECKED

Direct Stream - CHECKED

Use Alternative can be changed if needed (see their explanation)
